Miniature traffic light with LEDs that illuminate each signal in turn. Just switch it on and the lights inside will glow red, amber and green, cycling between each in one-second intervals.

The signal has lights on three sides, so can be viewed from most angles, and it comes on a raised stand which means it can be placed almost anywhere.
