How does it work?

  • Team vs team match-up
  • 2 skaters per team
  • The offensive team sets a trick
  • The defence team gets one attempt per skater to match the set trick
  • If both skaters from the defensive team are unsuccessful, the offence scores a point
  • If one skater from defence successfully matches the trick, no point is awarded, and team 1 continue as the offence
  • The offence maintains possession until they bail 3 tricks, then the offence and defence switch possessions to complete a round
  • The same offensive skater can't go twice in a row
  • The team with the most points after 5 rounds wins
  • If it's tied after 5 rounds, sudden death will decide the winner
