ECONOMY DELIVERY
Economy delivery is free on all orders over £100. *Excludes parts of Scotland, remote areas and off-shore areas including Northern Ireland - please see below for details. This typically takes up to three days for delivery. An estimated delivery date will be presented to you as part of the checkout process. NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We also offer a next day delivery typically charged at £6.99 (some items will qualify for free delivery). An estimated delivery date will be presented to you as part of the checkout process. SATURDAY DELIVERIES
Orders placed on the Saturday delivery service up to 7pm on the preceding Friday will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 7pm will be delivered on the next available Saturday.

COLLECT+
Collect+ is a network of locations made up of thousands of newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ store is nearby. The majority of Collect+ stores are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting parcels is easy and convenient. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days into your chosen location and full tracking and updates are provided so you know as soon as the item is ready to collect.

LARGER ITEMS
Please note that some larger items (bikes, ramps etc) do not have a next day option available and may take slightly longer for delivery. An estimated date for delivery will be presented at checkout.
NOT GOING TO BE IN?
Depending on the service, should you not be in when delivery is attempted, the driver will deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or take the parcel to your local depot for collection. A calling card will be left with information on where the delivery is.
BANK HOLIDAYS
In most instances couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays so delivery times will be extended by a day. An estimated date for delivery will be shown at checkout.
TRACKING
All deliveries are fully tracked. You will receive information on how to track your delivery in your shipped order email which is sent on the day of despatch. Deliveries usually take place within normal business hours but during busy periods this can be as early as 7am and as late as 9pm. You will be able to get an estimate of a delivery time on the day your order is due.
* Please note that occasionally delivery cut-off will need to be brought forward to ensure service levels are maintained or because of circumstances outside of our control. Your estimated delivery date will be calculated at checkout.
IRELAND
Delivery to Ireland takes 3-5 days. If you are purchasing from Ireland please ensure that you select Euro as your currency. This will give you the price in Euros with VAT. All duties should be paid, so what you see is what you pay to get it to your door.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES AND CUSTOM CHARGES
Due to complexities with Brexit we are currently only delivering to Ireland and Germany. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that SkateHut has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. SkateHut recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.
