Creative Content Executive
The Creative Content Executive is a pivotal role within the SkateHut marketing team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across a broad range of channels, from web and email through to social media and product photography. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key part in delivering cohesive, on-brand content that engages our audience and drives commercial performance.
This is a hands-on role that requires both creative flair and technical skill, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and produce web assets including banners, landing page graphics, and promotional imagery
· Create compelling email marketing creatives that drive engagement and conversions
· Edit and produce video content for use across digital channels and social platforms
· Develop social media campaign assets tailored to each platform's audience and format
· Carry out product photography and post-production editing to a consistently high standard
· Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to plan and deliver creative campaigns from brief to execution
· Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and output
· Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc creative requests as needed
· Contribute creative ideas to campaign planning and brainstorming sessions
· Stay up to date with design trends, platform changes, and industry best practices
Skills & Experience
Essential:
· Experience across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects)
· Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital formats
· Experience with video editing and producing content for digital channels
· Solid understanding of design principles and visual communication
· Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
· Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality
Desirable:
· Previous experience working within an ecommerce business
· Background in or passion for action sports, skating, or related lifestyle brands
· Experience with product photography — both shooting and editing
· Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimisation best practices
· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or content management systems (CMS)
· 2 years of professional creative experience in a relevant role
