Delivery Options Explained

Below is a breakdown of the delivery options we offer.

• Economy Delivery (3-5 Days)

When ordered before 3pm your order will be dispatched via Economy Delivery. This is a tracked service so you can check your delivery is on the way. This would usually be within 2 days, inclusive of Saturdays. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

• Interlink Next Working Day Delivery

When ordered before 7pm your order will be dispatched on via Interlink. This is a tracked service so you can check the progress of your package. On the day of delivery you will also receive a text/email notifying you of an estimated hour delivery window. This does not include Saturday.  This service is only available for UK Mainland customers.

• Interlink Saturday Delivery

When ordered before 7pm on Friday your order will be dispatched via Interlink. This is a tracked service so you can check on the progress of your package. You will also receive a text/email notifying you of dispatch and an estimated hour delivery window. This service is only available for UK Mainland customers. 

• Interlink Sunday Delivery

When ordered before 3pm on Saturday your order will be dispatched via Interlink. This is a tracked service so you can check on the progress of your package. You will also receive a text/email notifying you of dispatch and an estimated hour delivery window. This service is only available for UK Mainland customers. 

• Channel Islands (2-3 Days)

This option is for customers from the Channel Islands. If ordered before 7pm your order will be dispatched on the same day via Hermes tracked service. This will take 2-3 days for delivery. 

ROI and NI (2-3 Days)

• Eire and Northern Ireland (2 Days)

This option is for customer in Ireland and Northern Ireland. If ordered before 7pm your items will be dispatched on the same day via Interlink. This is a tracked service so you can check the progress of your delivery. This service typically takes 2 days. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer next day service to the following UK Postcodes;

AB30-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-99, KA27-28, KW, PA20-99, PH15-99, PO30-41, IM1-99, TR21-25, JE, GY, BT1-99

If you reside within one of the above postcodes your delivery options will automatically be presented when checking out.

International Deliveries

Please note Skate Hut Ltd is not responsible for any duty or import charges for goods shipped. Please check with the customs in your country regarding any charges that may occur from purchasing goods from overseas.

The orders will be sent via Interlink Air and the Prices quoted above is for packages up to 5kg. If your order is over 5kg we may contact you to take extra payment for carriage.

 If your country is not listed above please email sales@skatehut.co.uk and we will be able to provide a quote for delivery.

USA Delivery

Deliveries to the USA are NEXT DAY providing they are ordered before 12 Noon (GMT), however on some occasions packages can be held at customs, this can typically take 2-3 days to clear and cannot be prevented, therefore Skate Hut can't be held responsible if this happens.

Items under 2 Kg and of a smaller size typically cost £12 to deliver

Items of a larger size and weight can be £20 upwards

All delivery costs are present at the 'My Basket' screen once the shipping destination is chosen, before any money is taken.

Please be aware with abnormally heavy or Bulky items a Skate Hut representative may contact you before shipment if this transaction cannot be performed.

The small print

The service is next WORKING day (provided you order before 7pm) and will require someone to sign for the goods. Please note next working day delivery does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Please note for UK Next Working Day Service if you place an order between 7pm on a Thursday and 3pm on a Sunday your order will be dispatched for delivery on Monday unless Saturday delivery option is selected at checkout. Orders placed after 3pm on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before 7pm on Friday as long as Saturday Delivery is selected at checkout. If you request that the package is left somewhere without a signature, this will only be done at the discretion of the delivery driver. If you do request an item is left without a signature, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.

Post and Economy orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Can't be home for delivery? Don't worry - Skate Hut can ship to any UK address so you can have your order delivered to your place of work, to a friend, a relative or neighbour. Simply enter your preferred delivery address when checking out.

If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order a Skate Hut representative will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any issue.
