Scootfest 2017

Scootfest is back! On the 11th-12th November, Adrenaline Alley Skate Park in Corby will once again be hosting the biggest scooter event on the planet.

Now in its fifth year, Scootfest features the best teams and riders on the planet – all battling it out to take home a golden ticket guaranteeing entry into the ISA Scooter World Final in Barcelona!

Reigning Scootfest champions SkateHut will of course be returning this year to defend their title, with team riders Leo Spencer, Jordan Clark and Isiah Samms representing them!

With other entries from Scootnsnakes, Devil indoor park, Scoot Mag, Phoenix, Crisp, Dogg Scooters, Rampworx, Kota Inc, Dominator, Apex, Blaqe, Grit, District and Blazer the competition is set to be fierce.

To become Scootfest Champion 2017; contestants must battle it out across three different events over the course of the weekend. A King of Street, King of Bowl and King of Park winner will be crowned, with each king landing themselves one of the three iconic solid silver Scootfest rings.

Kings of each round will find themselves not only blessed with a ring, but also with a chunk of the whopping £10,000 prize purse.

Despite there being a winner of each round however – there can only be one Scootfest 2017 Champion, the one to take home the cheque, the title and the ticket to the Barcelona finals.

Sunday afternoon will also feature an Am Jam which is sponsored by SkateHut, giving amateur riders a chance to get recognised. As well as this, there will be an under 8s and under 12s competition on Sunday morning held by Scoot GB, showcasing the younger talents in the sport.

Sections of the park will also be open for Scootfest ticket holders to ride across the course of the weekend!

SkateHut will be at the event all day Sunday with plenty of goodies to give away and we will also be holding a raffle in association with REKD Protection – so come down and say hello to be in with the chance of grabbing yourself some swag!

SkateHut wishes all the best of luck to competitors over the weekend and we hope to see you all there!
