Razor Ultra Pro

Razor Ultra Pro Deck Only

The new ultra pro deck from razor is super light and strong, at £50 this deck is almost half the price as other decks on the market. Its one piece frame looks so stylish and is twice as strong as previous razors. Razor have improved the whole deck from previous razor’s the head tube is at the perfect angle and you can be sure that your safe to ride it to the extreme as it is so strong. The deck is half the weight as other one piece decks on the market and is just as strong. You can be confident in this deck, why spend alot of money on a deck when the razor is half the price and 2x as strong?

Rider Review

MICRO XT FORK- The Micro XT forks are very good for the price, as a zero offset fork is normally very expensive. Being so big, it will also last a lot longer than standard forks.
DISTRICT BARS- The District bars are very good, they are Lighter than most one piece bars, but still very strong. The brace to stop the bars from bending increase the strength, and also make the bars very unique ion appearance.
CLAMP-The district clamp is very good looking, and I haven't had a problem with my bars moving since I received it. Personally, I think it is the best looking clamp in the market, it beats French id clamps hands down.
EAGLE SPORT WHEELS- The Eagle Sport wheels that you gave me are very strong and very durable. They are very strong, lightweight, and with the right bearings can increase the speed of my scooter dramatically!
DISTRICT PEGS-The district pegs that you gave me are brilliant. They are definitely worth the money. They are shorter than DOGG scooters 'swish' pegs, but personally I think they are too long. The district pegs are the perfect length, and don't add any weight to my scooter, so I can still do all the tricks.

Skateboarding-Does Size Matter?

Attention aspiring skaters! The size of your skateboard is part of the whole package and is just as important as length, traction and design but not more so. The size you choose is a personal preference but can be affected by your size and weight. A large deck tends to be a good option if you want increased stability. A smaller deck is lighter allowing riders to perform tricks with ease.

The correct size of a skateboard is closely related to the skating style of the individual:

·         Micro-Perfect for riders up to the age of 5.

·         Mini-Ideal for little riders aged 5 upwards

·         7.5-This is a full size board, great for teens that prefer a slightly larger, heavier board and is good choice for ages 13 and up.

·         7.75-This is one of the most popular sizes and is good for those who are just starting out or those with a little experience.

·         8.0-Great stability for tall riders with a shoe size of 9 upwards.

This size guide is meant to give riders an idea of the correct skateboard size for their age, height and experience. The length of the board can be chosen in relation to the way in which you stand naturally on the deck.

The Micro Scooter-Maximum Fun

Attention all extreme sports enthusiasts!

It is time to draw your attention to the small scooter that is making a huge impact. Micro scooters may be nothing new but are proving their staying power in the world of extreme sports.

There are plenty of big players on the market at the moment but micro scooters are on the increase. Micro scooters not only look good but are compact, durable and above all portable. If you are aged between 5 and 11 you will be pushed to find a cooler alternative. However micro scooters can satisfy big kids too in terms of cool factor.

The best thing by far about micro scooters is they put the fun back into sport and encourage both kids and adults to adopt an active lifestyle. Micro scooters are one of the most popular choices for younger children due to their reputation for being one of the safest models out there. The design is way more imaginative than the pink for girls and blue for boys colour scheme. With three wheels rather than two it creates a stable platform for riders of all ages.

With cool names like Micro Monster and Micro Monster Bullet, it is easy to see why Micro scooters have become the ultimate boy toy for 2010.

So if you want to up your fun intake this summer, be sure to check out the latest collection of micro scooters at Skate Hut.
