Delivery


Our UK delivery costs are as follows:

  • All orders £19.95 and above automatically qualify for Next WORKING day delivery, for a cost of only £3.95 provided that the order is placed before 1pm (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK)
  • Orders below £19.95 are sent via Royal Mail 1st class (typically 1-3 days) for a cost of only £1.99, this can be upgraded to next WORKING day during the check-out process for just £4.95

Please note If you place an order after 1pm on Friday your order will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Northern Island, Highlands and Island deliveries are usually shipped via Royal mail and typically take 1-3 days.


At the time of despatch you will be emailed a despatch conformation, from here you can track your order via the FedEx website. You can also find your tracking information by clicking https://www.skatehut.co.uk/account/orders and following the online instructions.


The service is next WORKING day (provided you order before 1pm) and they require someone to sign for the goods. Saturday delivery is available for a charge of £15 and can be selected when checking out (for mainland UK ONLY). If you have any questions about this service please contact us.

URGENT ORDERS

 If you need an order the following day but it is after 1pm please email or call us and we will endeavour to despatch your order up until our courier collects at about 4pm. 

We can offer delivery to an alternative address, please request this. We can also suggest the driver tries a neighbour if you can let us know which number.

We can also ship any parcel under 1Kg in weight worldwide by Recorded Airmail, this typically takes 2-14 days depending on location at a charge of £12

If the item weighs more than 1kg, an additional charge may be asked for on recipt of order

Deliveries to the USA

Deliveries to the USA are NEXT DAY providing they are are ordered before 12 Noon (GMT), However on some occasions packages can be held at customs, this can typically take 2-3 days to clear, and can not be prevented, therefore Skatehut can't be held responsible if this happens.

Items under 2 Kg's and of a smaller size typically cost £12 to deliver

Items of a larger size and weight can be £20 upwards

All delivery cost are present at the 'My Basket' screen once the shipping destination is chosen, before any money is taken. 

N.b Please be aware with abnormally heavy or Bulky items Skatehut may contact you before shipment if this transaction can't be performed



SATURDAY DELIVERY- We can offer Saturday delivery for an additional £15. If you require this please select the Saturday delivery option from the delivery options when ordering. (Saturday Deliveries normally take place before noon)
