Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment or payments by paypal.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Delivery Schedule We despatch most of our orders by Interlink Express. The service is next WORKING day (provided you order before 1pm) and they require someone to sign for the goods. We can offer delivery to an alternative address, please request this. We can also suggest the driver tries a neighbour if you can let us know which number. If you place an order after 2pm on Friday your order will be despatched on Monday. Smaller and lower value items will be shipped by Royal Mail which takes 1-3 working days.
When goods are shipped overseas it is the responsibilty of the buyer to return the goods and cover postage costs even if the goods are faulty. |

Returns Policy RETURNS
If you need to return your item for an exchange you must do so within 14 days of delivery. All items returned must be in an unused condition. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME AND DELIVERY ADDRESS INCLUDING TELEPHONE NUMBER AND DETAILS OF THE EXCHANGE. All original tags and all original packing must be kept (For Heelys, shoes or wheels should not have been used. The yellow sticker on the sole must remain intact). If you would like to return an item after 7 days we may be able to arrange this but you will be asked to pay a re-delivery charge of £6.00. We do not usually accept returns for a refund. If this is authorised it would be a refund less the original delivery cost and a 20% re-stocking fee.
